Experienced CNC Machinist

Compensation: Varies based on experience

Duties

  • Responsible for the set up of CNC machinery to produce precision parts
  • Troubleshoot CNC machine processes
  • Responsible for performing routine operational checks and repair work on functional parts of mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Install and monitor machine tooling
  • Handle, install, and use raw materials and related fluids
  • Inspect parts for quality and conformance with specifications
  • Work planning and job control

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience with and knowledge of general machining principles
  • Experience with precision metrology instruments
  • Blueprint reading
  • Must pass math test
  • Must be available to work 1st shift and willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift

Quality Engineer

This position reports to the Director of Continuous Improvement. The primary objective of this position is to improve Quality processes in a manufacturing machine environment. Required for this position is a leadership-oriented person who is assertive and results driven.

  • Materials/warehouse team receiving valuable raw materials
  • Shipping team delivering time-sensitive outbound shipments
  • In-house buying team
  • Key AVL suppliers – for raw materials, finishing services, and factory supplies
  • Freight and logistics providers
