How can I apply?

You may apply for a position with our Inc. any Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or you may fill out our form on the Careers page

What are the minimum qualifications for any position with Shenzhen Machine Screw Parts Inc.?

• Must be committed to live a drug free life
• Must have stable work history
• Must be able to pass a basic math test
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass a background check
• Must meet minimum requirements for position applied for
• Must have a valid driver's license or ID

When will I hear back regarding the results of my application?

We will contact you within 1-2 weeks if you are selected for an interview. Due to the high amount of applications received, if you do not hear from us within that time period, we will not be moving forward with your application; therefore it will not be necessary for you to call or e-mail or visit our facility.

How often may I apply?

You may apply once a year.

What can I expect if I apply in person?

In addition to completing an application, you will be taking a math test and a personality test.

• Be prepared to be here approximately 45 minutes.
• Bring your complete work history for 10 years. (If applicable.)
• Bring 3 references, names and phone numbers.
• We recommend that you review our website before coming.

What is the starting pay?

• Pay is based on position and experience.
• Machinist Apprentices start at $12.00 per hour.
• Shift premium is $1.50 per hour

When is payday?

The first paycheck is received 2 weeks after the first Friday worked, then employees are paid weekly. Direct deposit is available.

What are your benefits?

What are your work hours?

Shenzhen Machine Screw Parts Inc. runs 3 shifts in our production area.

• 7:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m.
• 3:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.
• 11:00 p.m. till 7:30 a.m.
